Nuba mountains union representative in Darfur demo in London 28 April 2013

Back in April 2013, it was ten years on and the genocide in Darfur still happening on a daily basis at the hands of Sudanese government. A message to the UN Security Council to stand with the people of Sudan and to respect their ultimate will to oust the Sudanese government in order to stop the genocide in Darfur and the potential growing new genocides in Nuba Mountains and Blue Nile state. That is the only way to bring justice and peace.  Darfur union in the United Kingdom marked the event by organising a big peaceful demo in London, in fornt of the UK Parliment to remind the world of the continuing was waged upon the people of Sudan in Darfur by Albashir Government.  Waging Peace organisation was also present among other civil society organisations and politcal bodies.
